What is covered by your lifetime warranty?

All items sold on Everjewel are manufactured using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship which allows us to guarantee the item to be free from defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty covers the craftsmanship of the item itself and includes the re-tightening of stones should they ever become loose. If your item is ever damaged and in need of repair services, we will estimate the cost and, following approval, have it professionally repaired and quickly returned to you. Please contact us if you have any questions or need to return your item for warranty or repair.

Do you provide insurance appraisals?

Yes we do! Every piece of jewelry with a value of $2,500 and higher will be accompanied by a full insurance appraisal…for FREE.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange - we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns apply to U.S and Canada customers only and are limited to one per customer.

  2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
  3. Within two business days of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured USPS Priority 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  4. Take your package to the nearest US Postal location and simply mail it back to us! If you need packaging materials, USPS will assist you.
  5. All refunds will be processed within five business days and returned in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check and Bitcoin (BTC) will be returned via the BTC address you provide during the return process. BTC returns will be for the specific US dollar amount of the purchase value, not a specific (or the original) BTC paid at the time of your original purchase.

Return Limitations:

Improperly packaged items: Items sent to our office without a Return Authorization Number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Damaged and Used Items: Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Everjewel will not be accepted.

Loose diamonds: Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $200 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate with a new one.

Special orders cannot be returned.

What is your shipping policy?

Everjewel offers fast and free priority shipping for every domestic order processed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Overnight shipping is available as a paid option. For international orders, Everjewel offers fast and free shipping to your country. When it arrives, the carrier will contact you to collect any necessary taxes or duties. International shipping is processed with FedEx International Priority shipping.

What if my purchase is lost during shipping?

Everjewel takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Every order is fully insured during transit. Signatures are required throughout the entire shipping process.

Will you re-size my ring?

Absolutely! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we will resize your ring for free during the first year after your purchase. We will even pay for the shipping to and from Everjewel. To have your ring re-sized, please contact our customer service to get started. support@everjewel.com

Are your diamonds conflict free?

At Everjewel, we share in the concern that our customers want to know where their diamond comes from. We require that our diamond vendors adhere to strict international requirements regarding the origin of the diamonds being sold. Every diamond we sell is in compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) established in 2003 to preclude diamonds associated with conflict from entering the diamond market. We only purchase polished diamonds from sources which are members of the professional diamond trade.

What is a lab-grown or lab-created diamond?

Lab-created diamonds are man-made diamonds that are grown in highly controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes that duplicate the conditions under which diamonds naturally develop when they form in the mantle, beneath the Earth’s crust. These man made diamonds consist of actual carbon atoms arranged in the characteristic diamond crystal structure. Since they are made of the same material as natural diamonds, they exhibit the same optical and chemical properties.

What if I want a diamond that isn’t offered on the website?
